Refunds Policy
This return policy establishes the terms in which marivi.shop undertakes to return the money when the customer is not satisfied with the service received, as long as the following conditions are met:
- We do not accept returns as they are skin products unless the products have a physical problem such as: open product, less quantity than offered, delivery problems that affected the quality of the product, etc.
- In no case will the refund be made in cash. It will always be as a credit that can be used within our store.
